RETURN POLICY
I changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
Due to these items being very limited, we do not take returns for refunds or credit. All sales are final. Please ensure that you have selected the correct color and size of your items before you finalize your purchase, as the availability of preferred styles or sizes isn’t guaranteed.
What is your return policy?
Please note that regular-priced unworn items are eligible for store credit within 14 days of the original order delivery date. All products that state "FINAL SALE" within the title and/or description are not eligible for return.
All returned items must be in their original packaging & condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will result in ineligibility to receive store credit. Any worn or damaged items will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
Store credits are valid for a lifetime and are authorized via an e-gift card that we will email you once your return is inspected and approved. We will update you every step of the way (via email). Please allow 5-7 business days for returns to be processed. We will email you when the return is processed. Magnifeetcent Shoes is not responsible for any shipping and handling fees associated with returns whatsoever. The Customer is responsible for all costs related to the transit of the item(s).
Other non-returnable items include but are not limited to gift cards, novelty items (accessories, cleaning products, dust bags, gift wrapping, etc.)
Please do not return the item until we approve the acceptance of a return. If you return items without authorization, items will not be returned to the sender under any circumstance unless paid for by the sender.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, we first want to apologize for this rare occurrence. We can assure you that this matter is a priority that we are happy to resolve! Please email photos of the damages or wrong item to hello@magnifeetcentshoes.com along with your order number. You must notify Magnifeetcent Shoes within 72 hours of delivery. Any damaged or incorrect items reported after this grace period will be ineligible for return.
What is your gift return policy?
We apologize, but we do not accept gift returns. If you would like to exchange a gift for a different size or color, please see the below exchange policy for instructions on how to request an exchange, if possible.
Please be advised that stock is limited, and the desired color or size may not be available.
Can I return or exchange a sale item?
We do not accept returns for sale items. All sales are final.
What is your exchange policy?
We understand sizes may vary among styles, and just like you, our brand has unique sizing. That’s why as of 8/23/2023, we’ve decided to offer FREE return shipping for exchanges only. *Exchanges are limited to 1 return.
We will only consider exchanges for size, damages, or defects or if the wrong product(s) were shipped to you by mistake.
If you would like to exchange an item for another size, color, or style, don't hesitate to contact customer service for authorization at hello@magnifeetcentshoes.com. To be considered, you must request an exchange within 48 hours of receipt, and items must be in new condition & unworn.
If you would like to exchange an item due to a defect or damage at the time of delivery to you, please get in touch with customer service for authorization at hello@magnifeetcentshoes.com. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will thoroughly examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable amount of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement due to the defect or damage. If allowed to a replacement item due to defect or damage, we will replace the product, subject to inventory, within 4-10 business days.
If you would like to exchange an item due to a wrong item sent to you, don't hesitate to contact customer service for authorization. Upon receiving the incorrect item, we will thoroughly examine it and notify you via email within 4-10business days. If entitled to a replacement item due to the wrong item being shipped to you, we will replace the product, subject to inventory, within 4-10 business days. However, if the incorrect item is returned with damages or defects, you may be responsible for damages or defects that were caused after you received the item.
All requests for an exchange must be made within 48hrs after the package is received.
The item must be in the same condition that it was received (unwashed and unworn) with the original packaging. If we authorize your exchange, please be advised that we will contact you via email about the store credit or replacement item. Should we approve your exchange, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item and if we can support your exchange.
Store credits are valid for a lifetime and sent via an e-gift card that will be emailed to you (using the email found on the store credit form).
Shipping fees and other associated fees are non-refundable.
What if I never received my item?
We're sorry to hear you didn't get your items! Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered to the address entered for the order. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages.
To help prevent theft, we highly recommend adding signature confirmation to your order.
