Shipping & Processing: Please allow 5-7 business days for processing (BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS). Just so you know, these times may be extended during holidays, launches, limited releases, and sales & promotions. Please allow 7-14 business days for the Black Friday sale to process your order. Due to limited stock, all sale items are FINAL and are not eligible for return.
After processing, we will ship your order using the delivery option you chose at checkout. We'll make sure to send you an email with tracking. Please note that the item will ship on or before the date specified at checkout if you have ordered an item set as “preorder.”
Once shipped, delivery time to the United States is 1-7 business days, depending on the delivery option chosen at checkout, and 7-14 business days internationally. So that you know, we are not responsible for any shipping delays resulting from natural occurrences.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. If you don't see your country shoot us an email to see what we can do for you!
Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
Yes, we ship packages to PO Boxes.
What is your cancellation policy?
We do not accept cancellations.
Missing packages or delayed delivery due to delivery carrier
We would like you to receive your order as soon as possible. However, once we’ve handed over your order to the delivery carrier, the package’s status is out of our hands. However, please feel free to reach out to see if we can assist you in retrieving your package.
